Please follow these steps:
- Turn Bluetooth ON in your phone's settings
- Press your activity tracker's touchscreen to make sure it is charged. You must charge your activity tracker at least one hour prior to use.
- Make sure your Strive Activity Tracker is not charging WHILE you sync it.
- Make sure your Strive Activity Tracker is within 50 feet/ 15 meters when you sync it.
- Log out of the app and then log in again.
- Remain on the app's Device Sync page until your activity tracker completes its measurements.
- This may take up to 15 seconds. You will know this is complete when the app lists your total steps.
NOTE: For Android users, you must enable LOCATION SERVICES to use the CoachCare Bluetooth Smart Devices. Please review your phone instructional guides to set your location services. Alternatively, you may delete your clinic's app, re-install it, Select "Sync Now" and then select "ALLOW" when a pop-up screen is displayed.
