Open your clinic's app and select "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter the email address associated with your account.
An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
NOTE: If you do not receive an email within an hour, please check the following.
- Check your Spam/Junk folder.
- Make sure the email provided is associated with your client/patient account.
If you do not receive a password reset link email within an hour of request, kindly contact the CoachCare Support Team at support@coachcare.com
