Occasionally, you might need to set up a meeting Here are the steps to schedule a consultation with your Clinic or Coach. Let's set one up right now.
Open and log into the App.
Tap on " Schedule " from the Bottom Menu.
From the Schedule screen, you can see Past & Upcoming consultations if there are any.
To schedule a consultation simply tap on the " + " in the upper right corner.
Select the Meeting Type, Duration, Available Time & Date, Coach then tap Schedule Appointment.
After all that, you're all set!
The consultation will be displayed under the "Upcoming Tab".
To cancel your consultation, select your meeting and select "Delete Meeting".
NOTE: Anytime a coach or patient schedule, modify or cancel a meeting, all parties involved will receive an email notification. Lastly, both coach and patient will always receive a 24-hour notification before any meeting/consultation.
If scheduling is disabled for your organization, please contact your clinic to schedule an appointment.
