Form submissions listed on a patient profile can now be copied into that respective patient's file vault as a PDF document. This is useful to create an easily-downloadable version of select form submissions that is easily accessed by the patient in the mobile app.
To copy a form submission into a patient file vault as a PDF:
-
Navigate to a patient profile -> more -> forms tab
You are able to view all form submissions created by or on behalf of a patient in their patient profile. Begin by navigating there. -
Locate the desired form submission and click the "Copy to patient file vault" icon
Select the form submission that you wish to create a PDF copy of in the patient's file vault, and click the Copy to patient file vault icon, which is the right-most icon in the table listing.
-
Select the appropriate visibility and file vault destination for the PDF
Choose the appropriate settings for the PDF that is to be created. Specifically:- Name You may use the existing name that is loaded for this form submission, or change it to something more descriptive. This is the name that will appear in the file vault.
- Description Add an optional description of the item.
-
Patient Visibility Set if this item will be:
- Visible to Patient. This will make the new PDF available to for the patient to view and download in the mobile application, as well as expose the PDF to any provider or coach account with access to that patient.
- Hidden from Patient. This will hide the file from the patient, and they will not be able to download or access it. Provider and coach accounts with access to the patient will be able to access the document.
