The General Inactivity alert type is now available for use by all clinics on the platform. This alert generates a notification when a patient has no activity on the platform over a predefined number of days. "Activity" includes anytime the patient is logged in and accesses the mobile app, is logged in an access the patient dashboard, or uses saves a reading from a cellular device associated with the patient's account.
Configuring the General Inactivity Alert
Alerts can be set up and configured for your clinic on the dashboard under Alerts -> Settings in the left-hand menu. By default, the General Inactivity alert will be available but disabled.
