Manage multiple form submissions at once on patient profile (Released August 19 2024)

When viewing form submissions on a patient profile, you can now manage multiple submissions at once.  The More -> Forms page on the patient dashboard now presents the actions Remove Submission, Download PDF and Copy to File Vault, which can be used when multiple submissions are selected.

You may select multiple form submissions by either selecting the checkbox to the left of each record, or click the checkbox in the header (first) row to select/unselect all the form submissions. Once you select at least one submission, the options to either remove Remove Submission, Download PDF and Copy to File Vault become enabled. 

The three options will function as follows:

• REMOVE SUBMISSION
  If you click on Remove Submission, a dialog will open to confirm the removal of the selected submissions.
  
  
• DOWNLOAD PDF
  If you click on Download PDF, the selected submissions will be exported in one PDF file, which will open in a new tab.
• COPY TO PATIENT FILE VAULT
  If you click on Copy to patient file vault, a dialog will open:
  • If there is only one submission selected, you can update the file name, description, patient visibility and select the target clinic.
    
    
    
  • If there are many submissions selected, only the patient visibility and the target clinic can be updated but the name of all the files are listed on the dialog.
