CoachCare allows for different configurations for what may qualify as a active record for the 16 days of transmission for 99454 and 98977. The options must be configured by a CoachCare administrator, and the selection will be reflected on the provider dashboard.
Setting the configuration
A CoachCare administrator can manage the `Transmission Preference` on the CoachCare admin site for RPM and RTM, with the Clinic -> Settings -> Care Management tab. The options are:
- Direct Measurement Only
Abbreviated on the dashboard as "DMO" - Direct Measurements or Email or Push Notifications
This is the default optin - Direct Measurements or Email Notification
- Direct Measurements or Push Notification
- Direct Measurement or Missing Data Point Generation
The most common scenario will be between Direct Measurement Only and Direct Measurements or Email or Push Notifications
Viewing the selection on the Provider Dashboard
The selection will be reflected on the visible in two locations on the CoachCare Provider Dashboard:
- The quick info care management dropdown
When expanding the quick info care management dropdown, underneath 99454 or 98977, a `DMO` tag will be shown if the Direct Measurement Only option is set for this clinic. If any other option is select, no tag will be shown. - The program settings modal
In the program settings modal, the `TRANSMISSION TYPE` will show for both RPM and RTM, and display the selected transmission type for the clinic. This will be shown for all transmission types.
