It's pretty easy to create a Patient Account on our platform so let's get you all set up!
*Some clinics will require an invitation from your clinic and won't give you the option to create an account.
If that's the case, please contact your clinic coordinator so they may create an account for you. Once an account is created, you will receive onboarding instructions to create a password and download their RPM app.
Here are the steps to create an account directly from the app:
1. Download your Clinic App onto your Mobile Device via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Next, Open the App and Tap on "Signup".
3. On the Sign Up screen, Fill in Your Patient Info and Tap on "Create Account".
