Tracking your Calorie intake not only benefits with help with watching your weight, eating right, and staying healthy, it also aids coaches to keep you on track so let's learn how to log a meal below.
Step #1:
Open and log into the App.
Step #2:
Next, tap on View Meals.
Alternatively, tap the Function (+) Menu and choose the Fork & Knife Icon.
Step #3:
Under View Meals, choose to add a meal to Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or a Snack.
Step #4:
Next, with Search selected use the search box to find a food item or meal to log.
Step #5:
Lastly, you can then review and fine-tune your Meal before you log it.
NOTE: If you want to use your Meal or make a Custom Meal then we recommend you Create a Recipe for it to keep things quick and easy.
