Generally speaking, it's always a good idea to drink a lot of water throughout the day to help your body stay well hydrated.
This brings us to another awesome feature found in the CoachCare App which is the ability to track any Water that you have consumed over time.
Step #1:
Log into the App, then from the Home screen tap on Water towards the bottom.
Alternatively, you can tap the + at the bottom menu and select the Water icon.
Step #2:
To add to your daily consumption of Water simply tap on it from the home dashboard and you will then be taken to a screen like this one where you can tap + or - to add ounces and save it. You may view and subsequently modify your water intake for today or any date in the past. To adjust the date, use the date selector at the top. Either click the left or right arrows to either side of the date, or click the date to display a date selector interface.
