You can add your own recipes to the app.
Here's how to create a recipe:
1. Open and log into the App.
2. Tap on View Meals OR press the "+" button at the bottom and select the Fork and Spoon icon.
3. Under View Meals, choose to add a meal to Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or a Snack then tap on the Create Recipe button: .
4. Now you can start building your recipe!
Add a photo and a recipe name (1) and then start adding ingredients (2).
After tapping on "+Add new ingredient", use the SEARCH feature to find your ingredients. Adjust the serving size to match the recipe and tao on "Add".
5. After adding all of the ingredients to your recipe, adjust the Date, Time and Meal Type (1). Then use the #OF SERVINGS and FRACTIONAL options to indicate the amount of the recipe you have consumed (2). As an example, it's indicated here that half of the recipe was consumed by changing #OF SERVINGS to 0 and FRACTIONAL to 1/2.
Now press "Save" (3).
Editing and Removing Recipes
To edit a logged meal, tap on it and make the necessary adjustments.
To remove it, select "Delete".
Saving Recipes to Favorites
You can save your recipes to Favorites so it's more convenient to find them and you don't have to add them every time.
Here's how:
After adding a recipe, tap on it and select "Add food to Favorites".
To remove a recipe from Favorites, mark the box next to the recipe you would like to remove and tap on "Remove Favorites"
