You can add your own recipes to the app.
Here's how to create a recipe:
1. Open and log into the App.
2. Tap on View Meals OR Add Calories, depending on your homepage. You can also press the "+" button at the bottom and select the Fork and Spoon icon.
3. Choose to add a meal to Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snack, then tap on either the My Foods or Add Meal tab depending on your app layout.
4. To create a food item (ingredient), select Create Food. To create a recipe, select Add Meal. (Note: Recipes are made by adding pre-generated items and custom ingredients together)
5. Creating an Ingredient (Create Food)
Add a name for your food item, the serving size, and serving unit, then add the Nutritional Value information and click Save when done.
6. Creating a Recipe (Add Meal)
Add a name for your recipe, the serving size, and serving unit, then select Add New Ingredient. Upon being directed to the next screen, you can Search for pre-generated food items or add your created ingredients under the My Foods section. Click Save once you have added all of the ingredients.
7. Using the Recipe
Once you save your recipe, can you can choose to immediately log it or refer back to it for future use.
