It is often a good idea to keep track of your weight for various health reasons so let's go take a look at how we can weigh in on the Balance Smart Scale.
NOTE: The App is not optimized for iPad therefore, we strongly recommend using a Smartphone.
1. Insert the batteries in the scale and place the scale on the floor, on a flat and even surface (not carpet). Now take your shoes and socks off. (It's very important to be barefoot when stepping on the scale so it can capture all of the information such as body fat and hydration).
2. Calibrate the Scale (close the app, step onto scale for a few seconds, step off and wait for it to turn off).
3. Check your phone settings to make sure Bluetooth is turned ON. Now open the app and tap on "Weigh In". Alternatively, tap the (+) Function Menu Button and then tap the Scale Button.
4..Check and make sure your Profile Information is accurate, then Select Confirm Information.
5. The app will now begin establishing connection, this is the time to step onto the Scale (no shoes or sicks) and wait until your weight is saved. Press "Save" to submit the data.
