It is often a good idea to keep track of your weight for various health reasons so let's go take a look at how we can Weigh-In on the Balance Smart Scale with iOS Devices.
NOTE: The App is not optimized for iPad therefore, we strongly recommend using a Smartphone.
Place Scale on a Hard Flat Even Surface Floor such as wood or tile.
Open iPhone Settings, Make sure Bluetooth is Turned ON. (You do not need to pair it.)
Take Off your Shoes & Socks. (You must be barefoot) on the scale.
Calibrate the Scale (without opening the app step onto it, step off, wait for it to turn off).
Log into your Patient Account, Open the App and Go to the App Home Screen.
Tap the (+) Function Menu Button and Tap the Scale Button.
The App will begin Establishing Connection, now Step onto the Scale until your Weight Data is Saved.
