Being able to Track your Sleep is important because if you're having problems or feeling over-tired then your Coach or Clinic can help. Keep reading below to learn how to toggle sleep mode.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Sleep Mode feature has been temporarily removed from the Newer App as of 3/1/19 to make some enhancements to it.
Open and log into the app, then from the Home screen tap the function menu + at the bottom menu which will display a hidden pie menu.
Next, tap the on the Moon symbol in the pie options.
Lastly, you will see an option to Change Tracker Mode then just tap on Change Mode.
- You need to toggle sleep mode when you go to bed then again when you wake up.
- Not toggling sleep mode may appear as incorrect steps due to rapid movements.
