It's expected that your Clinic may very well have a lot of patients to handle and that will likely increase over time. As a result, the Digital Library for your Clinic is bound to grow with it and that's where organizing your uploaded content into folders becomes super handy.
Step #1:
To begin organizing your digital library start by selecting the " + Add Folder " button next to Add Content to the right.
Step #2:
Next, give your folder a Name and then if you wish you can also add a brief detailed sentence about the folder's purpose just for easy reference.
Step #3:
Now, set the folder's Availability as to if you want to make it accessible Publicly to anyone on the platform, Privately to just yourself, or By Package if related to a Clinic's tiered pack.
Step #4:
When you're finished with the above simply select the Create Folder button to complete the task.
