Let's say you added a meal for breakfast but, you forgot you ate it for Lunch instead. This is a perfect reason behind changing your Meal Type.
Here are the Meal Types for your reference:
- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Dinner
- Snack
Step #1:
Open up the App, go to the Home Screen and tap View Meals.
Step #2:
Then find the item you entered incorrectly and tap on it.
Step #3:
Then, tap on the Meal Type at the bottom right and change it.
Step #4:
When you're all done, tap Update and that's it.
