Setting the Coach Permissions

Let's say you have a busy growing Clinic with a lot of Coaches but, you only want to show certain Patient Information to only a handful acting as apart of your Clinic Administration.

There are 3 different Types of Coaches so let's go over them now.

Part #1:

When you first Add a Coach you will see an option to Set Coach Permissions at the very bottom. but, if you already did this then go ahead and find the Coach to set or change permissions.

Part #2:

There are 2 boxes to select at the very bottom of the Coach and this enables your clinic to give them 3 different types of permissions which are explained below.

Tier 1 Coach:

A Tier 1 Coach is the default standard for most Clinics. They can only view Patients & Patient Information that is associated with them but, cannot modify anything beyond it.

You can set Coaches to Tier 1 by leaving the View All & Admin boxes empty.

Tier 2 Coach:

A Tier 2 Coach is a higher level of help. These Coaches can view all Patients & Patient Information throughout the clinic as a whole. This is ideal if you have patients shared among several coaches.

You can set Coaches to Tier 2 by ticking the View All box but, leave the Admin box empty.

Tier 3 Coach: 

A Tier 3 Coach is the highest level acting as a Clinic's right hand. These Coaches can fully view and edit any of the Clinic's Patients & Patient Information directly with very few limitations.

You can set Coaches to Tier 3 by ticking both the View All & Admin boxes.
