Contacting your Patients by messages is a good option but, sometimes your patient's need a little more. Therefore, our Video Conferencing Feature may be just what the doctor ordered.
Log into the Provider Dashboard first. You might see a message that looks like the one below.
NOTE: If you happen to close this box or your microphone and camera aren't enabled then you can always enable this within your browser settings for the page.
Then find the patient you wish to Message or Call.
Next, check to make sure your Audio & Camera are enabled so that your audio and video are set such as with this example using Google's Chrome Browser.
Then, when you're ready to start the Video Conference press the " Call User " button on the right.
NOTE: If you do not see the Call User button then this means Video Conferencing has not been enabled for your clinic but, you may contact CoachCare Support if you wish to Enable VC.
When you Call a Patient you will see a little pop-up appear in the bottom left corner.
NOTE: If you have all of done everything correctly the Microphone & Camera will be solid white instead of looking greyed out and you should be good to go otherwise you will need to check it.
