Adding a New Coach

It's pretty easy to Add a New Coach to your Clinic so let's get started!

Step #1:

Open then log into the Provider Dashboard at Https://dashboard.coachcare.com if you haven't already.

Step #2:

From the side menu after logging in go to Accounts and select Coaches.

Step #3:

Next, to slightly to the upper right of the main window select " Add New Coach ".

Step #4:

In the Add New Coach pop-up window fill in the Coach Name, Email, Phone, Assign a Clinic, and Save it.

Step #5:

After adding a New Coach they will receive an a Welcome Email from us within a few minutes.

NOTE: If a coach does not receive an email first check the spam folder otherwise if one has not been received within 24 hours then please use the dashboard log in to reset it in case it expired.

Step #6:

Lastly, the New Coach can click the link to set up their password and log in via the Provider Dashboard.
