Adding a Patient on the Provider Dashboard

Patient's are the bread and butter of a Clinic along with it's Coaches so let's take a look to learn how easy it is to quickly Add a Patient right now.

NOTE: We strongly recommend that Clinics and Coaches have the Patient download and register through your clinical app on their Mobile Device. Although it can be done manually in the Provider Dashboard it may result in various problems related to Duplication, Email, Login, or other unforeseen Issues. 

Here's a quick video to show you how to do this or follow along below via written steps.

STEP #1:

Log into the Provider Dashboard by going to Https://dashboard.coachcare.com.

STEP# 2:

On the left side click on Provider Dashboard Menu > Accounts > Patients. 

STEP #3:

Next, you might see a Patient Listing then Click on + Add New Patient near the upper right.

 

STEP #4:

When the Add New Patient Pop-up appears simply Fill in the New Patient Info & Save New User.
