Sometime's it might be useful to see what Tracker Device a Patient is using so that's why it's important to learn and understand as a coach you can view a patient's Connected Devices.
Log into the Provider Dashboard then find the patient you wish to view.
Next, from the patient's dashboard select Settings to the right.
Then, you need to select Devices.
In the Devices, you will see a connected or not connected status indicating if a patient is a Third-Party Device otherwise they are probably using the Strive Tracker.
