Another important part to note for Scheduling is being able to set your Availability as to when meetings can be arranged with your patients including your time off.
Setting up availability
1. To set up your availability log into the provider dashboard then go to Schedule > Set Availability.
2. The next step is to decide if your availability is One Day or Recurring.
Recurring Availability
Setting up Recurring Availability is a good way to set your time for meetings on an ongoing basis.
Single-Day Availability
If you don't really need recurring availability you can always set it as Single-Day Availability.
Setting up unavailability
If you have any upcoming Vacations or just need a day off you can use theAdd Unavailable Time button near the top.
Alternatively, you can also select the Set As Unavailable button to the right.
From here you can easily set the day, time and duration you want off then save it.
And when you're done with that you will then notice this time is blocked out on your schedule.
NOTE: This will override any existing availability for the days and times you originally set.
