If you experience any trouble with No Audio being heard by your Patient during a Video Conference then here are a few things to check to resolve this problem.
Part 1: Check Browser Microphone:
When first logging into the Dashboard you need to make sure that your Audio is enabled.
Part 2: Check Call Audio
In this example, look at the Call when it appears and you will notice that the left the Microphone button at the bottom left is grey meaning it's disabled. You can select the button to re-enable it.
Part 3: Check Computer Microphone:
If your internet browser is already set up to allow your microphone audio but it is still not working then the next thing you need to check is to make sure your Computer Audio is enabled.
You can usually do this by right-clicking your Microphone Icon in your Taskbar Tray > Sounds.
