You are making a call using the Dashboard Video Conferencing when all of a sudden you realize that your Patient cannot see you on the Web Camera. Here are a few things to check to resolve it.
Part 1: Check Browser Webcam
Should you experience any issues with your Webcam when Calling a Patient then the very first thing you should check is to make sure the browser is set to Allow.
Part 2: Check Call Webcam
If the above seems normal then make sure during a Call that your Webcam is enabled by making sure the button is white and not grey as in the example below.
Part 3: Check Computer Webcam
Lastly, if all else fails then it may also be a good idea to check to make sure your Computer's Camera is enabled which is usually a Built-in camera or external USB Camera to enable.
