Why can't I find my Clinic App?

You've got your Tracker and Scale ready to go when you realize after searching on your Android or iOS Device that you cannot seem to find your Clinic App. 

The biggest reason why this might be the case is that you are most likely using an Older Device.

Android Devices:

Your Clinic App currently requires at Android 7.0 or higher.

iOS Devices:

Your Clinic App currently requires at least iOS 9.0 or higher.
