A main feature of the App is Audio & Video Messaging with a Coach so here's how to ensure that this is fully enabled for iOS Devices.
NOTE: The app may ask you if you want to enable it if it's your first time using it while open but, you can follow the steps below to do this manually if there are any problems.
Step #1:
Go into your iOS Device Settings.
Step #2:
Scroll down until you find the Clinic App and tap on it.
Step #3:
Lastly, switch Camera & Microphone to ON to allow Audio & Video Calls if needed.
