A main feature of the App is Audio & Video Messaging with a Coach so here's how to ensure that this is fully enabled for Android Devices.
NOTE: The app will ask you if you want to enable it if it's your first time using it while open but, you can follow the steps below to do this manually if there are any problems.
Find the App on your mobile device then Press & Hold for 2 seconds until App Info shows.
Tap on App Info to go to the App Settings in your Android Device.
Next, tap on Permissions.
Lastly, switch Camera & Microphone to ON to allow Audio & Video Calls if needed.
