You can also enter your weight manually.
Here are the steps:
1. Open the App and log in.
2. From the app's Home screen, tap on the Weigh In button.
3. Tap on Input Weight Manually button.
4. Enter your Weight, Body Fat & Body Hydration if any, set a Date if it needs to be changed and tap Save.

I have no idea how to enter meal I have no clue how to enter meals. Noom has calories and premeasures in the app so when you type foods in calories and measures come up so you can select what your eating, how much etc.How do I accomplish that here?
