Often times, the App might be opened after awhile only to find out logging in is needed again.
This happens because the app will only keep your Patient Account logged in for up to 30 Days after which the app will automatically sign out for security reasons per Hippa requirements.
Additionally, this will also happen if your account is logged into from another device such as logging in on a Phone and then trying to log in later on a Tablet.
However, we have since added a feature to the app allowing the use of face/fingerprint login security to remember and simplify this process to easily log back in again later as needed.
