If the Balance Smart Scale is being inconsistent or not behaving as it should, please follow the steps below to reset it:
1. Pick up your scale and turn it over.
2. Remove the battery cover and take out the batteries.
3. Wait about 15 seconds then put the batteries back in.
4. Now put your scale back down and try it again.
