If the app is not working properly, we recommend performing a Clean Installation.
Please perform the steps below and if the issue persists, please contact our Support Team.
1. Remove the App from your smart phone by uninstalling it completely.
- Android: Press and Hold firmly then drag the app into the trashcan and tap okay.
- iOS: Press and Hold firmly then tap the x on app to remove it.
2. Go back to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for the App.
3. Download and Re-Install the App.
