Why can't I find my Clinic's App?

There are three big reasons why the Clinic App might not be found:

Reason #1:

The mobile device being used is either too old or doesn't have a recent enough OS Version.

• Google Android:   The Google Android App requires at least Android 7.0+
• Apple iOS:   The Apple iOS App requires at least iOS 9.0+

Reason #2:

The App was pulled or rejected by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for some reason.

• App Pulled/Rejected:   App might have been pulled due to some complication.
• Apple Developer Issue:   Lapse in Apple Developer Subscription Payment.

Reason #3:

The App might be down for some temporary reason.

• Temporary Issue:   App might be temporarily unavailable due to a network, server, app update, etc,.
