What are the Red & Green Dashboard Banners?

Any changes made while using the Provider Dashboard within our system will usually show an indication of this by displaying a GREEN & RED banner at the bottom middle of the screen.

• GREEN BANNER = changes saved or updated

• RED BANNER = changes not saved or there was a problem of some sort (error message displayed)

NOTE: If a RED banner is displayed this may be just a temporary problem, please wait a little while then try again or double-check that the proper permissions and setup has been used.
