Sometimes, you might open up the App and find that the Weight or Steps displays a double-dashed line directly under the title on the home screen.
Usually this happens for one of two reasons as mentioned below.
Scale and Steps have Not Synced:
Simply sync up with the Scale or Tracker like usual.
Device Source is Not Set Correctly:
Check that the Device Source is set for the Tracker Steps accordingly depending on the device type or highest if multiple integrations are used.
