When first Creating a Patient Account, during sign-up there is an option within the Profile Information that is entered which asks to for a Clinic to be chosen.
If any of the following happens:
- Coach cannot find Patient in System
- Wrong Clinic was Chosen
- Clinic needs Updated
NOTE: If the Clinic Selection Field is not visible during signup this means a Clinic Code may be required and you must contact your Clinic or Coach to obtain it. The code can be entered after logging into the App which should assign the correct Clinic to your Patient Account.
