When first Creating a Patient Account, during sign-up there is an option within the Profile Information that is entered which asks to for a Clinic to be chosen.
However, if a Clinic was not set our system will attempt to associate based on the app used but this may limit the features and functionalities.
If any of the following happens:
- Coach cannot find Patient in System
- Wrong Clinic was Chosen
- Clinic needs Updated
NOTE: An exception to this is if the Clinic Selection Field is missing from the App which is likely due to the clinic requested structuring in which case a clinic code may be required after login.
