Configuring Notifications properly in the iOS App is important for a lot of reasons so that the App functions correctly including receiving Coach Calls.
The App will ask for permission if it is the first time installing, however, if unsure then check it.
Open the iPhone Settings.
Go to Notifications.
Find the Clinic App.
Check that the "Allow Notifications" switch is On.
Check that "Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners" are On.
Badges should also be On but, Sound is optional.
