Configuring Notifications properly in the iOS App is important to ensure the App functions work correctly including receiving Coach Calls.
The App will ask for permission if it is the first time installing but you can follow the steps below to check if it was set up correctly.
1. Open the iPhone Settings.
2. Go to Notifications.
3. Find the Clinic App.
4. Make sure the "Allow Notifications" switch is On.
5. Make sure the "Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners" are On.
6. Badges should also be On. Sound is optional but suggested.
