Sometimes on a rare occasion a patient's Clinic might need to be changed, incorrectly chosen, or not even selected at all so we've introduced a new feature to help make it easy to correct this problem.
Log into the Provider Dashboard.
Search and select the Patient or Coach who's clinic needs changed.
Once the Patient is selected, go to " More " via the patient dashboard menu at the top.
After selecting more, click on " Clinics ".
Then just click the " Add Clinic Association " button.
Now, use the " Search by Name " field to find the clinic needed and click on " Associate ".
Lastly, don't forget to remove the other clinic if there was one to prevent any conflicts or confusion.
