Understanding Sequence Delays

When Creating Sequences and Editing Sequences it's important to Understand Sequence Delays while Adding Steps to a Sequence to set the timeline up properly.



Step #1:
Start off by logging into the Dashboard then Editing or Creating a Sequence.

Step #2:
Next, after adding a step click on No Delay in the first drop-down field to change or set the delay: 

• NO DELAY:  sequence step will occur at set time on the same day without delay.
• 1-15 DAYS DELAY:  sequence step will occur at set time after set days to delay it.

Step #3:
In the second drop-down field to the right is where the Timer can be set before the delayed step occurs.

• TIME (Midnight - 11 P.M.) sequence step will be sent at set time after days delayed has passed.
