If using an Android Device and a Bluetooth System Error is given during syncing the most likely cause is having Location Services disabled so let's fix that. See instructions below to resolve it.
Open Android Settings.
Go to Security and Location.
Go to Privacy and select Location.
Make sure the Location switch is toggled to the right to indicate it's ON.
Next, let's check the App itself by going back to Android Settings then Apps and Notifications.
At the top is a list of last used Apps. Re-open the Clinic App if it isn't at the top and select it.
Now, go to Permissions.
Check that Location is ON, the switch should be toggled to the right and that's it!
Now try Syncing with the Scale again and it should work.
