When using the App and a Bluetooth System Error is given during syncing the most likely cause to this issue is insufficient permissions for the App to access the Device Bluetooth feature.

The fastest and easiest way to solve this is to simply Perform a Clean App Installation.
Simply uninstall the App then go back into the App Store and Re-download & Install it. Most importantly, be sure to Accept All Permission requests that pop-up after opening the App.
(Alternative) Step #1:
Go into your Mobile Device > Settings.
Step #2:
Go to Security and Location.
Step #3:
Go to Privacy and select Location.
Step #4:
Make sure the Location switch is toggled to the right to indicate it's ON.
Step #5:
Next, let's check the App itself by going back to Android Settings then Apps and Notifications.
Step #6:
At the top is a list of last used Apps. Re-open the Clinic App if it isn't at the top and select it.
Step #7:
Now, go to Permissions.
Step #8:
Check that Location is ON, the switch should be toggled to the right and that's it!
Now try Syncing with the Scale again and it should work.
