Sometimes your Clinic/Provider Organization might need more help or what to limit how much information employees have so for this reason we recommend adjusting Coach Permissions.
NOTE: Only an existing Clinic Administrator can adjust another Coach's Permissions.
STEP #1:
Log into the Provider Dashboard at https://dashboard.coachcare.com .
STEP #2:
Search the Coach Name or Email to pull up the Coach Account for Permissions adjustments.
STEP #3:
Next simply Adjust Coach "Permissions" (bottom right).
- VIEW ALL - Allows a Coach to View All patients and most associated info in the dashboard.
- ADMIN - Allows a Coach to adjust and monitor everything on a per clinic level.
