Sometimes, on a rare occasion the password reset or welcome email might not be received at all and in these cases the most likely reason for this is probably due to using a Comcast Email Address. Follow the instructions below to help resolve this issue.
Step #1:
Sign into your My XFINITY account.
Step #2:
At the top right, click the Mail icon to reach your inbox.
Step #3:
Click the Address Book tab.
Step #4:
Click New Contact on the left sidebar.
Step #5:
Step #6:
Click Save to save the contact.
Alternatively, you may also provide us with an Non-Comcast Email Address to switch out.
