Removable Form Submissions (Released Tuesday, February 18, 2020)

This article discusses a feature within the Digital Library.  Your clinic may not have this the Digital Library feature enabled, and therefore the items discussed may not be available for your configuration.  Please contact support if you have any questions.

Individual forms within the Digital Library may now be configured for Removable Submissions.  When enabled, this allows submissions of a specific form to be deleted.  Before reviewing how to enable and use the feature, an overview is as follows:

• Set During Form Creation
  This setting can only be modified when a form is created.  Once a form is created, regardless of how many submissions existing, the setting cannot be changed.
• Per-Form Configuration
  The Removable Submission setting is enabled or disabled for a specific form.  If a form has this feature disabled, submissions of that form will not be removable.  As such, if your clinic uses multiple forms, some may expose the feature and other will not.  This depends on your specific configuration.
• Removed For Everyone
  A single form submission is viewable to a particular set of users.  Most typically, this is a single patient and the coach(es) which have appropriate access to that patient.  Once a submission is removed, and regardless of who removed it, it will be removed for all of these users.  The submission is essentially deleted from the entire platform.
• Coaches Only
  Only coaches have the ability to remove a form submission.  This option is not available to patients from within the mobile app.
• Existing Forms
  All existing forms on the platform will continue to have this feature disabled.  If you have an existing form for which you would like to enable Removable Submissions, please contact support.

How To Use

1. Setup When creating a form, you may set the Removable Submissions option.  When enabled (Yes), you are able to remove form submissions.
   
2. Remove Submission You may remove the form submission in two areas:
   1. Remove From Digital Library When viewing the Submission Listing tab of a particular form in the Digital Library, a delete (trash can) icon is exposed for each submission.  Click the trash can to remove the corresponding form submission.
      
   2. Remove From Patient Profile When viewing the More -> Forms section of a patient profile, a delete (trash can) icon is exposed for each submission.  Click the trash can to remove the corresponding form submission.
