The form submission listing is now filterable by associated clinic and date range. When viewing the listing of submissions for a particular form in the Digital Library, two options are now available to filter the entries:
- Clinic
This will restrict the listed submission to only those that are associated with or below the selected clinic. In the example below the clinic Example Clinic is selected. - Date Range
The standard date range selector is presented at the top of the Submission Listing section. The time period All Time is selected by default. The time range can be adjusted using the quick select on the left hand side, or set to a specific date range by changing the start and/or end dates on the right.
In addition, a Clinic column is now shown in the form submission listing table. Finally, the CSV export option will respect the selected clinic and date range.
Considerations for Multi-Clinic Organizations
The CoachCare platform allows patient and coach accounts to be associated to multiple clinics. For these organizations, it is important to highlight for which clinic a form is being submitted. Further, it is helpful to understand that Notes use the same structure as forms, and are impacted in the same way. When creating a form submission or new note, the clinic for which the submission will be associated is now presented at the top:
- This New Example Form submission will be associated with the clinic Example Clinic
- This new note will be associated with the clinic Test Clinic
When viewing form submissions or notes, only those submissions within or below the selected clinic will be displayed. Changing the selected clinic will impact the listed entries. This process is different for notes and forms:
- Notes respect the selected clinic from the clinic selector in the upper left of the dashboard.
- Form Submissions respect the clinic selector at the top of the form submission listing. By default, this will be set to what is currently selected in the clinic selector in the upper left of the dashboard, but can be changed.
