If a Patient ever struggles to figure out how to reset their password using the app, don't worry, it's possible to do this directly from the Provider Dashboard. This is also beneficial in case it wasn't received such as if they are a New Patient as well as another example.
Start by Searching for the Patient. You can use the Patient Name or Email if known.
Next go to Patient > More > Profile (profile should already be selected by default).
Lastly, click the Send Password Reset Link (bottom right) > click Yes to send it.
