The following updates were released during the week of April 20 - April 24:
- Adjusted outgoing call attempt timeout from 30 to 90 seconds
- Added clinic contact info to clinic listing
- Net carbs displayed in journal
- Associated clinic shown for sequences
- Call log listed in coach profile
- Logged in user's account shown in coach listing
- Email 'message' field displays on multiple lines
- Account types shown when creating new message thread
1. Adjusted outgoing call attempt timeout from 30 to 90 seconds
An outgoing video conference call is initiated on the dashboard when a coach clicks the 'Call User' button. This action by the coach will cause the patient's mobile app to display an incoming call screen, which allows the patient to answer. Previously, the outgoing call attempt would automatically end after 30 seconds if not answered (both for the coach and the patient). Support feedback indicated that 30 seconds was not sufficient for patients to answer the incoming call, and as such this automatic timeout has been extended to 90 seconds.
2. Added clinic contact info to clinic listing
The dashboard lists all available clinics a coach has access to from within the Accounts->Clinics link in the left hand menu. The clinics table listing, as well as the corresponding CSV download, now has a "Contact Information" column associated with each clinic. This will show the first name, last name, email address, and phone number of the clinic point of contact. The information is typically entered during the clinic registration process. Although the name and email may be identical to a coach account, this information is separate and not connected to any coach account.
3. Net carbs displayed in journal
A patient's food consumption listing will now display net carbohydrates. Within patient profile->journal->food, a new row within the 'CARB' column displays 'net carbs'.
4. Associated clinic shown for sequences
This applies to the Sequence feature, which is an optional offering that may not be utilized by your clinic.
Each sequence is associated to a single clinic. This association ensures that coaches and patients at or below that clinic will have access to respectively manage and enroll patients into the sequence. To more prominently notify coaches to which clinic a sequence is associated:
- The sequence table now has a 'Clinic' column, which displays the name and id of the associated clinic
- When creating a sequence, or viewing an existing one, subtext below the sequence title will display the clinic and clinic id to which the new or existing sequence is associated
5. Call log listed in coach profile
The coach profile is now organized into three tabs: Profile, Clinics, Calls. The final tab Calls is a new section that displays all calls in which this coach has participated in, at or below the selected clinic. This works identically to the same 'Calls' subsection available on the patient profile within patient profile->more->calls.
6. Logged in user's account shown in coach listing
When logged in to the dashboard, the logged in user will now see their account listed within the coaches table under the Accounts->Coaches link in the left hand menu. When clicked, you will be automatically directed to your own profile page, which is the same as clicking your account name in the upper right part of the menu and selecting 'profile'. Clicking any other coach accounts will direct you to the standard coach account page.
7. Sequence email 'message' field displays on multiple lines
This applies to the Sequence feature, which is an optional offering that may not be utilized by your clinic.
When viewing or editing an 'email' message within a sequence, the 'message' field is now multi line. This will allow the message text to be more easily viewed and managed.
8. Account types shown when creating new message thread
A new message thread can be created for multiple participants of any account type combination (coach and/or patient) from the 'Message' link in the left hand menu. New participants are selected from the 'Search Recipients' search box at the upper left below the 'Messages' heading. When searching for and selecting participants, the account type (either 'Coach' or 'Patient') is displayed beneath the search result.
