Sometimes the wrong email might be entered, a login issue occurs, or the patient can't be found when in most cases all of these issues usually stem from the Email Address. Either way it goes, here's an easy fix.
NOTE: It's important to realize that any Case Sensitivity between Upper-case and Lower-case can cause login issues we we highly recommend using all "lowercase" letters to prevent issues.
STEP #1:
Start by Searching for the Patient. You can use the Patient Name or Email if known.
STEP #2:
Next go to Patient > More > Profile (profile should already be selected by default).
STEP #3:
Then simply go to Email (click to edit it) > Update User.
