The call history log now includes the clinic through which the call was made.
To review, any call initiated by a coach on the dashboard is logged as being made through the currently-selected clinic (from the upper left of the dashboard). The call history log exists in three locations:
- Patient Profile
Located at patient profile -> more -> calls, this listing shows calls in which this patient was a participant.
- Coach Profile
Located at coach profile -> calls, this listing shows calls in which this coach was a participant.
- Clinic Report
Located at reports -> communications, this listing shows calls in which any patient or coach was a participant.
Further, it is important to note that in all three listings, only calls that occurred at or below the selected clinic are shown. This will not impact organizations with only one clinic. However, for group or multi-tiered clinics, changing the selected clinic from the upper left will impact which calls are shown. To help highlight the selected clinic, brief description text is shown above the call history log table that includes the selected clinic's name and id in bolded text.
