Phases are custom tags you can apply to patient accounts for internal reference. They are most helpful to note a patient's phase in your program. Coaches can personalize and keep track of patient program phases, meal plans, forms, content and more by creating custom tags
New phases can be added to your clinic on the provider dashboard. The coach must have admin access for that clinic to do so. Please reference the Manage Clinic Phases on the Dashboard platform update article for instructions and screenshots.
