Let's say you're a new patient that might have recently joined a clinic, created a patient account after downloading the App when all of a sudden the app is asking you to Enter a Clinic Code. The main reason for this is to help ensure that you as a patient are properly assigned to your specific Clinic/Organization.
STEP #1:
If the App requires a Clinic Code, you must Contact your Clinic/Provider to get the Clinic Access Code.
STEP #2:
Open the App, Tap Enter your Clinic Access Code input and then Tap Activate your Code button.
STEP #3:
Lastly, the app should let you in otherwise simply Close and Reopen the App to begin using it.
