The app will ask you for a Clinic Code to make sure you as a patient are properly assigned to your specific Clinic/Organization.
You must Contact your Clinic/Provider to get the Clinic Access Code.
Entering the clinic code
Now with the code, open the App, tap Enter your Clinic Access Code and then Tap Activate your Code button.
Lastly, the app should let you in, otherwise, simply close and reopen the app to begin using it.
Note that entering the Clinic Code does not create a new account, it simply associates an existing account with the correct clinic.
