On a rare occasion if the Clinical App is ever unable to update or appears different than the Installed Version this is because the app store files have failed to fetch the latest version so here's how to fix it.
First, Open the Mobile Device Settings.
Next, Go to Apps to search and Find the App Store/Play Store App.
Then, Tap Permissions > Tap Storage > Tap Clear Cache/Data and Confirm.
Tap on Clear Cache/Data and Tap Yes to Confirm and it should now be able to update.
